Proofsafe Refund Policy


ProofSafe is a user pays system, you are only charged AFTER you have used the service, there are two instances when a refund may be provided:

If we build a form and / or report for you and we can’t get it to fulfil your requirements in a reasonable time (days or a week or two) then a refund will be provided

If you choose to stop using ProofSafe because you are not happy with the service then you will not be charged for the final calendar month - that is any part of the month in which you told us you were stopping.

In both these instances it is likely you will not have paid up front and therefore there would not be a refund but rather you would simply not be charged. If for some reason a refund is required it will be paid via EFT to your nominated account.

Payment disputes

You are required to check your bill and payment each month, if there is a problem or you disagree with the costing you must contact us immediately.

If you disagree with the way we have charged then you need to contact us via email or phone immediately and we will sort it out with you. If you are not happy with the way we have calculated your bill and we cannot reach agreement then we will refund the amount you are disputing for that last calendar month. We will not refund amounts from previous months unless it is clear we have made an accounting mistake and the amount charged does not match our pricing as set out above in the Pricing section.

Delivery

ProofSafe is an online service and app, we don't send a physical product. The service is delivered instantly via the ProofSafe website and mobile device app.
